RegioDev is the data controller for the personal information you provide.

Through LinkedIn Lead Gen forms, we collect:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, and LinkedIn profile URL.

• Professional Information: Job title, company/university, and professional status.

• Scholarship Status: Your preference regarding funding.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use this data solely to:

• Process your application for the Academy.

• Communicate with you regarding scholarship availability and enrollment.

• Provide updates specifically related to the training program.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on Consent (provided when you submit the form) and Pre-contractual necessity (taking steps at your request to enter into a training agreement).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to manage the March 2026 Academy cohort. If you are not selected or do not enroll, your data will be deleted within 6 months of the program start date unless you explicitly opt-in to our newsletter.
