Based in the heart of Brussels, RegioDev is a dynamic non-profit organisation dedicated to bridging the gap between European institutions and local communities. We exist to support local and regional authorities across Europe, empowering them to drive sustainable urban development and strengthen European identity. By promoting cross-border cooperation and innovative solutions, we aim to ensure that regions and cities are active protagonists in the European project rather than passive observers.

 

We believe that true integration requires active participation. To achieve this, RegioDev organises comprehensive training programmes, including summer schools and specialised sessions in Brussels, designed to equip local stakeholders and volunteers with the tools they need to succeed. Our initiatives focus on crucial themes such as the green transition, democratic governance, and tackling gender inequality, fostering dialogue to ensure no citizen is left behind on the path to climate neutrality.

 

Our greatest power is our team. Although RegioDev is a newly established entity, our staff brings decades of high-level experience in coordinating large-scale European partnerships and managing EU-funded projects, specifically within the realm of citizens' engagement. With a unique background that blends EU project management with professional journalism and media communication, we possess the distinct ability to not only implement projects but to communicate their impact effectively to a wider audience.
